Our mission

The mission of the Union of Employers' Associations of the Czech Republic is to shape and defend the common interests of its members and to promote them in cooperation with individual ministries and territorial public administration, other employers' organizations and trade unions.

Union of Employers' Associations of the Czech Republic:

• comments on the forthcoming legal norms,
• informs its members regularly about upcoming amendments and changes,
• presents the needs and opinions of individual sections or member organizations at the Tripartite plenary session through the President of the Union or invited representatives of the Union,
• negotiates with representatives of the government, the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, political parties and movements,
• participates in the meetings of the relevant Tripartite working teams,
• uses synergy power in various negotiations, especially at the level of individual ministries, the Association of Regions of the Czech Republic or the Union of Towns and Municipalities of the Czech Republic and also in both chambers of the Czech Parliament and their Committees,
• contributes to the positive solution of selected problems in various expert groups, commissions, government councils, etc.

The Union of Employers' Associations of the Czech Republic is a member of the Confederation of Employers' and Entrepreneurs' Unions of the Czech Republic.
